The vessel left at 16.00 from Venice and went back to Patras, the respondent was in the toilet cabin for three days “I have oxigen problem, I have heart problem. I need to go out for some minutes for fresh air”. The vessel security shouted and locked the door, “you cannot go out, you belong in here”. They took away his phone, shoe lashes, charging cable in Venice, he was without his phone for three days : “Please bring my phone”. “If you see that bathroom on the ship, you can see everything, that people hit the door, the bathroom is dangerous, because the people hit themselves everywhere in the bathroom, they write their names.
